User-friendly README + Code pretty up. #3

Add new header sections, JS coloring, links, etc.
Tidy and pretty up code, + 10 negative lines.
Slightly opinionated tidy-up edits to follow general JS code conventions. See here and here.
Node-style event concatenating.
Encapsulates emitting the new line event.
Add some useful comments.
