Fix `dev` branch for CRAN #3

The dev branch needs some substantial work to be ready for CRAN.

[ ] Clean up the apsrtable.Rd file
[ ] Clean up vignettes directory -- these do not build
[ ] Clean up naming and aliases among .Rd files
[ ] Replace s3method with export in Rd files
[x] Fix examples and method dispatch for modelInfo
