Tray icon is not restored after Explorer crash/restart #76

If the Explorer crashes and restarts itself, the tray icon is not shown anymore (while all others tray icons will be restored!).

Same happens when I kill the Explorer (Desktop) and then start explorer.exe from the task manager manually.

In both cases the task manager shows "3RVX.exe" as running and also the 3RVX hotkeys are working fine.

But to get the tray icon back, I have to kill 3RVX.exe and start it again.

This does not look to me like a correct behaviour.

Used version: 3RVX v2.9.2.0 on Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Same here. App crashes, icon gone, can't get it back. Is anyone even developing this anymore?
