You should use metric system by default, because it is recognized by the whole world

m/s (meters per second) for wind speed C for temperature

I can't even change mph to m/s, there is no option

Great idea, thanks for report. Originally it was a collection of different functions used in a different projects. I will try to standardize all interfaces and include this change into next major version.

Meanwhile, feel free to participate and submit PR, I will appreciate any help.

Any updates? I would like to use this for SI units...
