Added support for managing the plugins for Gamebryo/Bethesda games.
This is done by adding game types, which the user configures when adding a game to NexNux
The plugin management is is placed in a tab in the HomeView, much like the "Mods" tab
When a mods are deployed, the deploy folder and the AppData folder for the game are scanned for plugins
These can then be managed in the application
Games that have been tested: Fallout 3, Fallout NV, Skyrim, Skyrim Special Edition, Fallout 4.
Updated the entire application to use Avalonia 11 and .NET 7
These updates contain breaking changes which have been fixed, but there are also some deprecated features which are still in use
Added support for deploying NexNux with PupNet, and a GitHub Actions workflow for doing this for CI/CD
