Docker-compose is not working

Describe the bug

I just run command on debian 10 as show below:

$ docker-compose up -d
ERROR: build path /home/echowings/malice/malice/logstash either does not exist, is not accessible, or is not a valid URL.

then I created a folder name logstash

echowings@xa-malice:~/malice/malice$ mkdir logstash
echowings@xa-malice:~/malice/malice$ docker-compose up -d
