I tried to download the plugin via bower, because I saw the bower.json file in your repro, but bower can't find the package.

page-scroll-to-id#* ENOTFOUND Package page-scroll-to-id not found

Any suggestion? Would be awesome, if this would be working. :+1:

Oooops! I created the json and forgot to register lol

I just did, so : bower install page-scroll-to-id ;)
