Movable keyboard? #207

Any way to move the keyboard across the screen? It would be nice when something is at the bottom and you need to type on top of the screen.

Windows should dodge the keyboard at the bottom of the screen (I think they do in Plasma Desktop?), but as soon as it is moved up (or split #42) windows should no longer dodge.

would also like to have a small moveable keyboard, on my 15 inch convertible laptop the keyboard is huge, difficult to type with it.
