WP 3.5 and timthumb broken thumbnail #425

Hi. I just updated my site in WP 3.5.1.
Timthumb version: 2.8.10

The thumbnail is broken in backend when i activate timthumb through my theme.

The link in thumbnail is: 
http://www.cityoffers.gr/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/paypal-icon.png&w=900&h=450&
zc=1&s=0&a=0&q=85&cc=0000000

When I am using the link : 
http://www.cityoffers.gr/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/paypal-icon.png
is OK.

the link is useless, since it asks for login and password. Where's the timthumb 
file in your site? open it on your browser to see the error messages.

This is a theme issue and not a timthumb one. You need to contact your theme 
provider to get them to fix the problem
