filePrependSecurityBlock is a great security feature (even if the web site can
run something else than PHP ....), but it makes impossible to use a static
server (Nginx or Apache... or a CDN) to serve the cached image.
Currently I had to add a Varnish reverse proxy in the loop to serve the image,
but my images are cached twice ;-(
