[Client] [Barebones] Add support for google login #2

Create a login landing page in BLAZOR MAUI HYBRID that will allow users to use their google account to login.

The logic should go all the way to gathering the authentication information from google api

Switched this to just be google as the customers don't need apple login...if apple login isn't hard then we can also do that along with this ticket.
