Android 4.3 Settings Menu Missing #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed latest V 1.5.1 - the standard android menu is missing
2. Installed older V 1.1 - the menu appears and can be configured

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pttdroid Version 1.5.1 / Android 4.3
