c-menu item to create desktop shorcuts #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open quickdroid and search for an app
2. Long-click an app item
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently there is only a 'Remove from list' c-menu item. When the selected
item is an app, I would suggest to a 'Create desktop shortcut' item that would
allow users to drag the app to the desktop to create a shortcut. This would be
similar to how Android allows users to create shortcuts when browsing the apps
via its Menu button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
quickdroid 4.0.2 on Android 2.3.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
I believe this feature would be very useful because Android doesn't allow for
easy filtering of apps and allow to subsequently create a shortcut. The only
way to do it now is to browse the apps via the Menu (currently I have >10 pages
of installed apps) and then DnD to the desktop. To add a 2nd shortcut you would
need to re-browse. With quickdroid it would be much easier.

Excellent, thanks! I posted a merge request to update Quickdroid to 4.3 in
F-Droid.
