No Licence File #4

Hello, I can't find the licence file.

License is uncertain as I did not write the original code.

I tried contacting the original author to request my forking the code but hadn't heard anything back.

Since then I have re-written everything from the ground up, so other than the visual style, it is my code.

I may release a new skin based on this code and release it under a proper license.
