Add Navigator #2

Add a navigator flyout that lets you jump to a specific frame, bound to some key (maybe f5). Bonus points if it's configurable for the frame to be placed at center, top, or bottom Screenshot mockup: image

oh yeah the navigator should have a DDL for which datagridivew it's targeting!

Jumping to a row can be performed by typing the number into the frame column by Qt default, is this feature still needed?
