How to make it Cross-cluster network with raft orderer service #4

Hi Mallik,

Its very good project HLF with k8s. I like you have added the fabric-ca part, however I thinking if you can add the Cross-cluster network with raft orderer service, which will really helpful to understand real scenario of HLF with k8s.
