Something you will find (that I've been experiencing since I began in 2016) is that the rabbit hole is seemingly endless. There are so many connections and interdependencies, especially with the rise of digitalization (i.e., smart everything), clean energy, chips/semiconductors, AI, and more. As I always say (and you rightfully point out), the Internet is the biggest machine we've ever created, which extends from the depths of the ocean all the way to low earth orbit.
