Making sure i have a vs code ready to land before i push a new malloy.

All changes in here besides the eventual mallou-update relate to the death of the former data type "sql block"

[x] This currently does not build 100% against the structdef branch so do not merge it
[x] Remember to malloy-update in this branch before merging it
