Texture tweaks and new textures #3

This also adds textures for steel and bronze tools

I hadn't originally planned on adding Bronze or Steel tools if only because the mod originally required another mod that made them to be present to create the Weaponmod version.

That being said, I also seriously rewrite part of this. I'm going to remove the dependency on Balkons and make it a module, so these textures may come in handy.
