Tweaks in test for new copy from prod #344

A new copy has been taken from prod to komin-test. Tweaks needs to be done to make it a test environment:

  1. Redirect from start page to dashboard-test (and not prod)
  2. Enable the "Testversion" stripe as in malmo.se-test.
  3. Change links to Global Assets from /v4/ to /v4-staging/

I fixed this. There will soon be more occasions to teach the suppliers what to do after a copy of SV from prod to test is made.
