FINDRFC is not implemented as a m-function #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download wafo
2. set path for wafo folder and save it
3. run initwafo
4. load sea elevation data
5. run '[pks,loc]=findpeaks(Elevation)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an error stating: FINDRFC is not implemented as a m-function compile the 
mexfile findrfc.c before you try again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wafo-2.1.1 on matlab 2013b windows 8 64-bit
