Python 3 compatibility #29

I was just asked by OctoPrint today to do a Python 3 test (there is a new app for that) and report an issue to all plugin githubs that were found incompatible with Python 3 (if not already such an issue was stated). Did the test and got back that the your plugin was Incompatible with Python 3 and could not find any other open issue about it - so here it is. :)

In addition, this issue also serves as a test to see if this plugin has been abandoned. Alternatively, would you like to put this plugin up for adoption?

i'm guessing by lack of response that this has been abandoned :/

well i made a pull request therefore a while ago - but it wasn't merged yet: https://github.com/malnvenshorn/OctoPrint-CostEstimation/pull/28 I run this plug-in with python 3 for months.
