Publish the package to the NPM registry #1

Hi, nice implementation.

I did not yet find another library that delivers the heroicons as webcomponents. And since we use these already it would be very beneficial to install them from NPM.

I'm not very comfortable republishing their icons (which is why this repo only contains the build script), ideally this should be upstreamed.

In the mean time I suggest vendoring this package, npm pack will create an archive that you can then move to your project and install with npm i file:heroicons-wc-x.x.x.tar.gz
