Adding wfmash as alinger #114

Hi, Alonge

Can RagTag add wfmash as alinger? It also ouput the paf file and is much faster than minimap2 or nucmer on high repitive plant assemblies.

Hi there,

I am open to this though I would need someone else to contribute since I no longer have time for much development. I will leave this issue open in case you or anyone else would be interested in contributing.

Regardless, RagTag can accept any PAF or delta file. The instructions are in #86

Thanks for quick reply. I already replace the paf with wfmash like the #86 , it perfectly scaffolded.
