Question about installation #159

Hello, Is there an alternative to installing RagTag by conda? My institution's cluster can't accommodate that. Thanks for any advice.

Have you see this guidance: https://github.com/malonge/RagTag/wiki/Installation. That "pip install" option worked (the "conda install" failed).
