GEE finalized workflow (given current, general capabilities) #50

It'd be great to have one "final" gold-standard script that reflects our current status and that everyone would use.

This would integrate Landsat and Sentinel extraction capabilities, include the option to choose a range of VIs, possibly run points and stack at same time (not sure about that one), and focus the user-entered parameters in one, easy to navigate portion of the script. Can you work with Paulo (since I know he has a script with more VIs) and Alex (since he has been collecting bounding boxes and points directly in GEE) to finalize this product? (Not sure if the collection of bb and points in GEE should be included at all, optional, or required).

We have two scripts that accompany the forthcoming publication. Should be adequate for now.
