Graph the Cacti process itself #113

The Cacti log will say things like this:

12/27/2009 06:00:20 PM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:14.9731 Method:cmd.php
Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:2 HostsPerProcess:2 DataSources:51
RRDsProcessed:51

It would be good to graph that.  This will give a good indication of
whether/when the system is failing or starting to exceed its poll time.
