[Transitions] Portal at the end of chapter 3 "inner workings" not working. #14

I've been playing the mod and got to the end of Chapter 3 (Inner Workings). After I killed all of the vortigaunts (8 of them) around the main portal, a new portal appears to connect with the other one. I cannot proceed to next chapter through it. Nothing happens as I approach or jump through it.
