IE 6 Rendering Bugs #37

There are basically some alignment/mostly horizontal axis issues with a number of the samples on the project page. I will try to fix some of these, but I'll need to get acquainted with the code first.

My itch to scratch is the "keep notch" variant.

(I don't see screenshot support, so this'll have to do...)

This appears to be a dupe of #13

Actually, now I'm not so sure. #13 mentions issues with borders, these are alignment problems...
