Essentially, when the corners plugin is applied to elements in a content placeholder page inside a master page it works fine. However when the placeholder is inside of a panel or div with an id it does not work on any object inside that panel.
I am using Windows XP, IE8, jQuery 1.4.2, and the latest corners plugin.
