Where is the scrollHorz plugin? #706

Hi,

I am trying to find a link to download your scrollHorz file but can't find it on your site or on Github?

Ok, found it, it is called center, but when I add it to my html I get this error on runtime: TypeError: a.fn.cycle is undefined
