Cycle2 Swipe not working with IE11 and Firefox 44.0.2 #754

I'm working with Windows 8.1 on an Asus Ultrabook with Touch Screen The Demo http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle2/demo/swipe.php swipe function does not work with IE11 and Firefox. With Google Chrome it works fine.

How to resolve?
