jQuery Changes to Remove Dependency on jQuery Migrate #854

Minor change to the files we use to ensure jQuery Migrate isn't required for the slider to work. There may be more so I'm leaving this as a draft until the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle PR is ready.

May want to look here - I have an updated repo that has changes for newer jQuery -> https://github.com/thecarnie/cycle2
