No unit tests for handling of enum return types #56

I created a1210fca6ff9695bbc017b7d3f6569da995dee27 as part of work on a work project, and used success in that work project as a test case, but that's not sufficient for pfstest as a standalone project. The code for that commit should be backed out and re-added motivated by tests.
