Screencasting capabilities #8

Provide a brief description of the requested feature:

The Watch & Touch IWBC needs to have screencasting (the ability to record the 
current activities on the screen as video) capabilities. This will be added via 
existing external software tools; vlc and ffmpeg have been determined as the 
candidates.

I've started working on this using VLC as the recording backend. More to come 
soon.

We now have basic screencasting support using VLC as a backend as of r67. 
Screencast video is saved under the app directory with the name screencast - 
currentdatetime.mp4

Note that error handling is not at all implemented, you won't get any errors if 
something goes wrong.
