Animal breeding event #32

Typical enough - things run when an animal triggers a breed. Maybe also if you feed them to encourage breeding as well?

Breeding itself is currently not possible (sponge isn't exposing the data to identify the player that has caused the breed eventhrough it is available somewhere) and for feeding there is currently no event :(
