Make sure costs don't go over the roof

• [x] Limit amount of requests of google-authenticated users to 10
• [x] increase characters of access codes

• access code chars is fine i guess 10 chars azAZ19 is good amount of combinations
• google auth users could be limited to 10-20 chats (evaluate cost, predict length maybe). count the number of chats and return an ErrorResult or Statuscode to let the user know they are DONE and THX for using our service
