Enable execution of jacoco:report by default for coverage report in Netbeans #20

As outlined in http://wiki.netbeans.org/MavenCodeCoverage#Using_JaCoCo the "Code Coverage Report" in Netbeans needs the XML format (jacoco.xml) as Netbeans is not able to parse jacoco.exec.
