I already search in fedex developer website they are asking for shipper account number where can i find?

It's located in the Developer Portal, you have to go to "My Projects" and create a project there. Then go to your project and it will show your ID under "Shipping Account". Sorry I didn't see this message earlier!

Once again, to get the shipper account # it's located in the Developer Portal, you have to go to "My Projects" and create a project there. Then go to your project and it will show your ID under "Shipping Account".
