FIX: Adding a way to UPDATED the PREVIEWER at File Upload #25

Issue

When you load a file from your device/machine it doesn't update the previewer(markdown) when it's done.

To see the results on it, you must type at the editor (text area) so you can see know what you add.

Fix

Adding the markdown function that it's already added you can convert when the file onLoad it's done.

Thanks for the help. I didn't notice it, and it really helps to have other people help fix your code.

Excellent, thank you so much 😺 . I would try to recap some Issues or Ideas so we could add some new Fix/Features to the project. Keep up the good work
