Include the tools in Galaxy #69

Instructions from Brad:

For getting Galaxy users interested, my suggestion is to wrap the tools for Galaxy and them submit them to the community toolshed:

This involves writing an XML syntax for the commandline tools:

Then uploading into a mercurial repository on the toolshed:

Once you have them tested and loaded, then you could make an announcement on the galaxy-dev list and hopefully get some interested folks to play with them.
