Add example of proposal for new version #2

I think it would be interesting to have separated sections for OS specificity. So in that way we can be more independent and it will not break the current recipes

Hi @SylvainCorlay , Yes, I closed it intentionally. It is because I thought about it carefully and I don't think the things which I proposed should be the best approach in this case. It will simplify some cases but it will not cover them all. So, I think it is better an unified solution which may cover all or almost all the cases
