Probably the subtitle for the AVI CD2 hasn't been upload using subdownload
previously, only the CD1.
Can you paste here he LOG information form Subdowloader (LOG tab) of this issue
so I
can see more information?

It's not a code error. If the 2nd CD subtitle hasn't been uploaded.
Subdownloader
won't be able to find it.

capiscuas, please be more careful when you work on bugs, OK? And how about you
actually visit the given URL?
This bug is very valid, but apparently, google is not letting me change the
status back.

Well,sorry to invalid it.
But I waited during 2 weeks to get any feedback from you. I still don't have any
feedback of that issue. Can you send me the logs? Which version of the
application
were you using?

You also still have not bothered to look at the information provided in the very
initial report, despite me asking you again to take a look at the URL given.
That
will answer your question. My insistence should as well. To go from
"accepted" to
"invalid" is also not something I would ever have expected. Currently, I just
don't
have a log.
To spare you one click: Of course the 2nd sub has been uploaded.

It looks like the problem is that subdownloader does not think the second file
is a
video file. It is not being shown in the file selection dialog of "Add video
file"
unless "all files" is being selected instead of "all videos". When adding the
file
explicitly (and not simply the directory where both vid files reside), the sub
is found.

Which version of subdownloader are you using?
We are not maintaining the 1.2.9 anymore which was done in wxpython.
To get the latest subdownloader 2.0 SVN, check this:
http://code.google.com/p/subdownloader/wiki/SubDownloader2SVN
And yes, I checked initially the link you sent to me:
http://www.opensubtitles.com/en/subtitles/38115/a-beautiful-mind-en
but there is not information of Subdownloader there, I cannot know the reason
of a
bug by seeing the uploaded subtitle file link.

Hi Rolf:
From comment number 1 I understood that both video files, CD1 and CD2 where
founded
but no subtitle were fetched for video CD2.
From Comment 6 I understand now that video CD2 is not being founded when you
Search
by folder, but it's founded when Add Video individually(that option only in
1.2.9
thought).
What is the filenames of both of your VIDEO files? Or better, can you give me
the
output of the "ls -l" command in that folder?

Can you check last version from SVN to see if you still have the same problem?

Can you tell me the absolute path of the video that cannot be found, and hence,
searched?

It seems the problem is that *.avi files are being searched, but *.AVI files
are not.
I guess subdownloader should be agnostic with regard to file name case.
