"Save as" does not work as advertized #39

When selecting more than one subtitle file to download for any particular
avi, subdownloader will complain about $subtitlefile already being present
and offering the option to save the file under a new name.  It then goes on
to save the file under the original name, overwriting the first copy.

Fixed in latest SVN.

Also added a "Cannot Save" warning dialog in case that the subtitle cannot be 
saved
because of write permission or folder doesn't exists.

Please check this.
