Java API updated to support Mambu 7.0 with merged contributions from Andrei Costros, Florin Parascan and Andreea Jitarasu.

The only changes added in this version were:

set HttpClient (internally used by the SDK) to ignore cookies in order to avoid polluting the clients logs .
