CD-i DVS support?

What is the current status on CD-i emulation? I am aware that Mame now emulates it, but has there been any progress on making the DVS video cartridge enabled? My CD-i bit the dust recently so I hope somehow, despite the terrible reputation of the console, that memories can still be preserved via emulation.

There's no support for cart slot, also I'm not sure if the DVS dump itself is available (probably not)

It will happen eventually, but for the time being the information about how the DVC (Digital Video Cartridge) works is pretty thin on the ground. Don't hold your breath in the near term.
