Revamp the memory subsystem

The idea is to have a tree of templatized classes. New capabilities expected:

• [X] "Interception" classes that do stuff like bus contention, delays, etc.
• [X] Classes that do watchpoints available fromboth the debugger and the driver.
• [ ] Efficient caches/software tlbs
• [X] Views, aka bankdev without the device

The only part of this not implemented now is an enhanced cache/TLB framework.

I don't believe views can replace bankdev still, I have spoken to OG about this recently.
