First of all, thank you for working on an LTN alternative, this is really promising, and I love your project!
The general conditions for my issue:
iron provider providing (provider only setting enabled, this input given on "station"): 565 iron
iron provider station overriding threshold to get rid of items ("station control" mode): 100 iron (so less than 565)
iron requester request threshold: 1000
Delivery is scheduled, IF:
iron requester requesting: -1001 (with 565 iron, which is less than the request threshold, so the feature is working in general)
Delivery is not scheduled, IF:
iron requester requesting: -999 (so less requests than the request threshold, this is the corner case where the feature is not working).
It seems like that requesting stations that are below their request threshold are not considered at all, even if an active provider station is trying to get rid of stuff, and there is enough space in this requester's storage as destination.
