Add Station threshold filtering #136

The Station Tab didn't have threshold filtering as the Inventory Tab.

I think this is intentional? IMO it makes more sense to list every station requesting some item, not just those over threshold. IMO even the filtering in the inventory tab doesn't make sense, at least by default. Though the inventory tab as it is really needs more work to be useful, such as being able to click on items to list stations and trains relevant to them.
