Dudley Council - Missing Refuse waste

Hi. Dudley council stop collecting garden waste at the end of October until Spring next year. The first date where they don't collect garden waste but would have if it was before the end of Oct is 7th November. This date is missing the usual weekly refuse collection (that I have renamed to regular waste)

The Dudley website doesn't return any dates for Residual/Regular waste collections, it just gives the day of the week.

The script creates a Residual/Regular date for every Recycling and Garden collection date returned. If the Garden collections stop, no date is returned, so nothing triggers the creation of the Residual/Regular date. That wouldn't have come to light in the testing as both Recycling and Garden collections were taking place.

Could probably change it to generate 3-4 Residual/Regular collection date using the day listed, but if collections are changed due to bank holidays, that approach may also go wonky.

I think it makes sense to create a Residual/Regular collection for every week on the day listed on the website and accept for bank holidays it might go wonky. I'll try and keep an eye on it for Xmas and then the next standard bank holiday just to see if any further information appears and if it does I'll open a ticket here if that's ok with you?

The alternative is to just have the script report Recycle and garden collections as dates are returned for toise, and then use static source for the Residual/Regular collection - setting a weekly schedule is fairly simple, and any bank holiday changes can be accounted for using the excludes and dates args.
